The Cincinnati Bell Connector is Cincinnati's modern streetcar system. It is owned by the City of Cincinnati and operated and maintained by Transdev.  It is a 3.6-mile loop that connects Cincinnati's Downtown, Over-the-Rhine neighborhood and riverfront at The Banks. 
The data displayed on this page includes the blockages and delays incurred by the streetcar.  A blockage is defined as any delay that exceeds 2 minutes and is not caused due to heavy traffic.
