The Cincinnati Bell Connector is Cincinnati's modern streetcar system. It is owned by the City of Cincinnati, managed by the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority and operated and maintained by Transdev.  It is a 3.6-mile loop that connects Cincinnati's Downtown, Over-the-Rhine neighborhood and riverfront at The Banks. 
 The data displayed on this page includes the blockages and delays incurred by the streetcar.  A blockage is defined as any delay that exceeds 2 minutes and is not caused due to heavy traffic.
