How to use this dashboard:
The Health Center Location dashboard provides the location along with the services of health centers in the City of Cincinnati. Users can filter projects based on:
1.     Health Care Type: This is based on the type of services that they offer to the community.
2.     Age Specific Services: Based whether the health center serves adults, children, or both.
3.     Additional Services Provided: This is based on the specific services that they provide.
4.     Safe Place Location: Whether the location qualifies as a safe place.

About the Data:
Cincinnati Health Department (CHD) is committed to protecting and improving the health of the people of Cincinnati.  As a nationally recognized leader in public health, CHD advocates for responsive health and human services that promote healthy living environments and social well-being, as well as works to reduce health inequities such as poverty and unemployment.
CHD has a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) designation status and serves over 40,000 patients annually.  CHD operates seven (7) Primary Care Health Centers, one (1) free-standing dental center, one (1) free-standing vision and dental center, and thirteen (13) School-Based Health Centers.  
Health centers are open Monday through Friday and accept all types of insurance and patients without insurance. Hours of operation are available HERE.
Definitions:
Dental centers: Provide comprehensive general dental services.
Medical Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs): Serves the medical needs of children and families in the community.
School Based Health Centers (SBHC): Serve the medical needs of children and families in the school and community.
Vision Centers: Provide comprehensive eye exams, glasses, fittings, adjustments, medical eye care and vision therapy.
Behavioral Health Centers: Provide mental health and behavioral health services.
