The Department of Public Services (DPS) provides Cincinnati residents with quality solid waste collection, snow removal, highway maintenance, fleet services and architectural maintenance services. DPS provides weekly garbage collection and scheduled bulk items for residential dwellings, along with bi-weekly yard waste and recycling service.
